In our society of mortgages, jobs, credit cards and generally buying stuff, it’s seems easy to forget the importance of water – our most valuable resource.

Water is our life bearing gift, without it – no life would exist, it’s that simple. To put this in perspective our bodies are 80% water! so we would literally not exist without it. The most concerning thing about water these days is the decrease in quality water and the lack of human attention to the importance of water. Day by day, year by year our fresh water supplies are becoming contaminated by humans. Water ways are being contaminated with our pollution, underground water is becoming more and more polluted from drilling for natural gas and the practices that involves. Damn water is decreasing as the populations relying on this water increases and overall demand for water is higher than ever before with increasing population and the attitude towards carelessly consuming water increases.

What can we as humans do to address this global issue? The first step is awareness of this as being a #1 priority for all who live on this planet. This attitude and understanding will help shift people’s thinking and therefore behavior with water usage.
