Lauderdale Manors - Basin A, Basin B Phase III

Lauderdale Manors Phase III Basin A - This project includes the installation of approximately 20,000 liner feet (LF) of gravity sewer with manholes, approximately 2,000 LF of force main and about 18,000 LF of water main.

Lauderdale Manors Phase III Basin B Project - This project includes the installation of approximately 20,000 LF of gravity sewer with manholes, 1,400 LF of force main and about 24,000 of water main with appurtenances.

Completed Improvements

·         Sewer installation is complete in both Basins except for Powerline Road.

·         The contractor has placed the first layer of asphalt on all roads except on Powerline Road and also in the areas in front of the pump stations (NW 16 Street at NW 12 Avenue and NW 18 Street at NW 12 Avenue).

Remaining Improvements

·         The contractor installed the underground components of the area’s pump stations and is almost complete with the above ground installation. The contractor is currently awaiting FPL connection.

Restoration

·         Restoration is ongoing throughout the Basins.
