Completed Improvements

• The contractor installed sewer and placed the first lift of asphalt on SW 28 Terrace and SW 1 Street.
• Sewer installation is complete on SW 28 Way between SW 4 Street and SW 1 Street.

Ongoing Improvements

• The contractor is currently installing sewer on SW 3 Street, east of SW 27 Avenue.
