Completed Improvements

·         The contractor completed the 6” water main with services to the property. Currently, it is not connected.

·         All taps are complete for the 6” water main.

·         Asphalt paving is complete on SW 19 Street between SW 13 Avenue and Coconut Drive with the exception of the correction of edge of pavement.

·         The 8” sewer line is installed on:

• SW 19 Street between SW 12 Avenue and Coconut Drive
• SW 13 Avenue between SW 19 Street and SW 17 Street
• SW 18 Court between SW 12 Avenue and Coconut Drive
• SW 18 Street between SW 12 Avenue and Coconut Drive
• SW 14 Avenue between SW 18 Street and SW 17 Street
• SW 17 Street between SW 14 Avenue and Coconut Drive
• Coconut Drive from SW 17 going north to dead end

·         Sewer laterals are installed on all streets mentioned with the exception of SW 18 Street between SW 13 Avenue and Coconut Drive.

Ongoing Improvements

• The contractor is installing 8” PVC sewer pipe on Coconut Drive between SW 18 Street and SW 17 Street.
