Riverland Area 2 East – Basin B

This project includes the installation of two new wastewater pump stations, 26,281 linear feet of gravity sewer pipe, 98 manholes, 3,630 linear feet of 6” DIP force main, 185 linear feet of 8” DIP force main and connections to existing sanitary and force main systems with appurtenances and all restoration.

Completed Improvements

·         The installation of sewer lines is complete on:

o        SW 22 Avenue between SW 5 Street and SW 21 Way

o        SW 25 Avenue

o        SW 21 Way

o        SW 22 Terrace between SW 5 Street and SW 21 Way

o        SW 22 Avenue between SW 5 Street and SW 21 Way

o        SW  5 Street from SW 24 Avenue, west, to the dead end

o        SW 25 Terrace between SW 5 Street and SW 3 Street

o        SW 24 Avenue from SW 1 Street to SW 5 Street

Ongoing Improvements

·         The contractor is installing sewer main and laterals on SW 22 Avenue between SW 24 Avenue and SW 1 Court.

Restoration

·         The contractor is restoring areas throughout the basin.
