Riverside Park Area 1 – Basin B

This project includes the installation of approximately 18,237 linear feet (LF) of gravity sewer with manholes, appurtenances and all restoration and 2,102 LF of force main and 3,481 LF of water main with appurtenances and all restoration.

·         The intersection of SW 15 Avenue and Grand Drive has been replaced to its original condition.

·         This project is now complete. A final walk through was performed on Friday.

·         Testing of the new sewer system is complete.

·         Currently, the contractor is seeking certification of the project from Broward County. This process can take many weeks. Once certification is received from the county, residents will be mailed information about connecting to the new sewer system.

 *Please be reminded that the swale area is the responsibility of the property owner to maintain. The contractor will only water new sod for 8 weeks and then the property owner must continue. If the sod is not watered, it will not survive.
